    About Rene

    Hey, I’m Rene. My favourite time to run is really early in the morning, because everyone else is asleep! To get you fitter, stronger and faster I’ll combine scientific evidence, my own experience and your feedback. Don’t worry about your background - I’ve coached runners from the ages of 14 to 72, beginners to masters, and everything in-between! I’m a physical therapist as well as a running coach. Thanks to this, I can provide you a safe and reliable program that focuses on injury prevention, optimal adaptation and recovery. Sound good? Let’s get started!
