The Half Marathon is the Goldilocks of running events! Not the furthest, but not the shortest. It’s the perfect distance for a real challenge that’s still manageable. If you’re not feeling ready for a full marathon, but you still want to push yourself, this is the race for you. With this program, you’ll receive plenty of curated running tips and recipes along with your workouts.
If you can comfortably run 1K or less at any pace, Beginner is the level for you! You should also choose Beginner if you’ve never run before, or if you’ve been out of training for a number of months.
