A 10K is the perfect race for any runner - new or experienced! For the new runner, it’s the perfect way to test the waters before diving into a half marathon or marathon. For experienced runners, it’s a great way to practice your running technique and improve your speed without the intensity of training for a longer race. With this program, you’ll receive plenty of curated running tips and recipes along with your workouts.
If you can comfortably run 5K or more at any pace, you should opt for Advanced training. You should also choose Advanced training if you regularly do cardio exercise (2/3+ times a week).
