Powerful Fat Loss Nutritional Strategy

It’s time to change your diet and lose some fat….what do you do? Most people look at all the stuff they do wrong, and need to eliminate from their diet ASAP. This approach rarely works, and it also leaves out a vital aspect of getting leaner and healthier (good wholesome nutrition).

If I told you to NOT think about a pink elephant within the next five minutes, what will you do? 

The first thing you’ll do is think of a pink elephant. The same goes for snickers bars (or any other calorie and sugar bombs).

Instead, focus on adding to your diet. Forget what you think you need to eliminate.

Add lean protein to every single meal. Add a salad before every dinner. Add vegetables to every lunch. Add berries to every breakfast. Guess what happens when you make some additions? Your body becomes nourished, so your brain can signal to your body and say “We’re good, we got what we need.” That means cravings are reduced, hunger is reduced, and there’s a lot less space for the “junk” foods that used to make up parts of your diet. This happens without even consciously eliminating them. They eliminate themselves because your body is nourished, happy and full. It’s also a lot more enjoyable and much easier to implement.
