I’m a huge fan of  kettle bell swings. Once my clients are ready for them, they will see them in their programming. A lot.

However, there are two mistakes that I see popping up over and over.

1. Many people tend to turn the swing into a squat movement, instead of an explosive hip hinge.
2. Many people don’t generate the power from their hips, and end up using their arms to lift the kettle bell.

Here is how you can fix up both of these issues so you can swing away safely and effectively.
