With two great plans to chose from, which one is right for you? Fitmo’s 1-on-1 daily coaching or one of our goal specific training program options? Here’s what you need to know before you make your choice.
Daily, 1-on-1 coaching is the original focus of Fitmo – our bread and butter. You choose a fitness goal that you’d like to achieve, browse our coaches and pick the one that feels right for you (don’t worry, you can change at any time!). Once you’ve picked a coach, they will get back to you within 24 hours. Then you’ll have your intake – nothing scary, your coach just needs to get to know you! Every coach is different, so their intakes are all different too.
Our coaches are from all around the world, all certified and all unique. Trying to gain lean muscle? We have coaches for that. Trying to fix up your diet? We have coaches for that. Want help on your journey to your fitness goals? We definitely have coaches for that!
With 1-on-1 coaching, you’ll get a completely personalized day-to-day workout schedule depending on the time you have to give, your fitness level and your preferences. Your schedule can take you from the gym to home, on your travels with you, and you can even get nutritional advice from your coach. Unsure whether what you ate today was right for you? Send your coach a picture and ask them yourself!
If you value the human connection as much as we do at Fitmo, you’ll be happy to know that you can video chat with your coach on a weekly or monthly basis to get that face-to-face time you sometimes need to stay motivated. There’s also unlimited messaging via our in-app messenger, so you always have a lifeline to your personal trainer. Our coaches always have you in mind, so they’ll be there to give you a push or some encouraging words when you need it. Who better than a certified trainer to keep you accountable when you’re slacking on your workouts?
Training programs are newer to Fitmo – a less expensive, slightly less personalized option with a connection to a personal trainer still included. Our trainers have created tailored workout plans that aim at certain fitness goals – so you can get the bikini body or ripped abs that you’re lusting after!
These programs work in a very similar way to 1-on-1 coaching. Each coach comes up with their own workout plan that spans a certain number of weeks and aims at a certain fitness goal. You can then purchase these programs and follow the set weekly workouts.
How’s that any different to the dozens of other workout apps, you might ask? The Fitmo team believes that a human connection to a real-life coach is necessary to keep you motivated and accountable on your journey to fitness. So when you purchase a training program, you also get a connection to the very same coach that created it! So – if you’re confused about a certain exercise or wondering if you can change up some of the workouts, you can ask the person who created the workout in the first place!
